The receipt of an email confirmation by dinnerwareusa.com does not constitute the acceptance of an order or as a confirmation of an offer to sell. Dinnerwareusa.com reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item. In order to protect the interest of our customers all orders placed for over $5,000.00 must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our Commercial Department. Additional verification of information may be required prior to acceptance of any order.
We reserve the right to limit quanities on any order and/or the right to cancel any order.
