Our Return Policy
Your personal satisfaction is guaranteed for all purchases. You may return any unused item for any reason within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping charges and any gift-wrapping charges. Please allow up to 60 for credit to appear on your credit card for merchandise returns. Gift certificates are non-refundable. Merchandise must be returned unused in original manufactures carton. We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error and we have pre-approved via email. Please e-mail us at support@fiestawarefiesta.com All returns maybe subject to a 20% restocking charge.
What if I don't like the color or pieces I ordered?
You may return the pieces to us for refund or exchange. It must be returned unused in original manufactures carton.
Original shipping costs will not be refunded in this situation. You will be responsible for return shipping costs with insurance added. Returns will POSSIBLY Be SUBJECT to a 20% restocking charge.

Stanley Roberts, will replace all defective pieces of flatware or cutlery. Mail them postpaid to:

Please fill out the return information, include your packing slip with your return, and wrap the package securely. We require that you use UPS.
